To get your test schedule: Login to Utkarsh AppClick on "Live Tests" given on the top right of the shop page. Now you will be able to see list of Live Tests ( which are currently running) , Upcoming Tests( tests which are going to start ) & Completed Tests (Occurred within 24 hours)
Share the complete name of course , subject and video part number along with correct topic & title so that we can review & correct it.
You can watch the class as per the schedule, if you are unable to attend the class as per schedule then the class will be available to watch until the course validity in the library section of that subject.

Using Utkarsh App is easy just follow the below steps:- Login to Utkarsh App. Click on "My Library" at top of the Shop page. Click on "Paid Courses" tab to see the course you have purchased .

You have 24 hours to return an e-course from the date you purchased it. A Refund Request will be deemed valid only if it is made through an email to refunds@utkarsh.com within 24 hours of purchase. No Refund requests would be entertained after 24 hours from the date of purchase. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (minimum 10-15 working days), depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you have purchased two courses on the same number, then you have 7 days form the date of purchase to make a request for number change. Request after 7 days from the date of purchase for change in number or transfer of course to another number will not be considered.If you have purchased one course then number change or transfer of course to another number requests shall not be considered.
Clear the temporary memory file from the phone using clear cache option.Logout and Login in the app again.  Restart the internet connection using flight mode option.Make sure you have strong internet connection along with internet speed.Uninstall & Reinstall the app. If you are still facing any issues kindly write us on https://courses.utkarsh.com/student-support/ along with complete details along with device details.
